VDOT: Guardrail Installation

 This 1 day course is required for anyone doing work for VDOT that involves installation of guardrails. The course will cover guardrail systems and requirements, barrier warrants and barrier flare rates, deflection and measuring height and length, cables, W-beams, special designs and site preparation and testing requirements. 

Students must bring valid ID & attend class in order to test on the last day.
