CHLD 2073: Creative, Healthy Cooking with Young Children


This course will demonstrate how cooking can be done in the classroom setting with very little equipment. It emphasizes how cooking can help children learn about new foods, become more willing to try new foods, and learn many different types of academic skills (reading, listening, communicating, math, etc).
