The DiSC™ personality assessment will give you a common language for understanding your (as well as other's) styles, strengths and challenges and increase your personal and team effectiveness. Understanding the four primary behavioral styles has empowered millions of business people internationally to better communicate with and motivate their employees and colleagues. Each participant will have completed an online personality style survey which will generate your primary personality style(s). During the training, you will receive your pcket of information based on your classic style. Then the fun begins! You will be grouped with members of your own style and do exercises which
illuminate your strengths, challenges and discover what motivates you!
