Learn how to create a basic fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat. Participants will learn hands on how to convert a Word document into a form, add form fields including text boxes, radio buttons, check boxes and drop down boxes to a document, set basic criteria on those fields and then sign the form and request signatures from others.
