This workshop will examine the policies and practices used to promote equitable treatment of employees.  Topics include employee health and safety, employee communication, equal opportunity, and affirmative action, performance management, workforce diversity, employee rights, conflict resolution, employee development, pay structure decisions, collective bargaining, and labor relations. It also includes global aspects of  employee relations.
