When faced with crisis, leaders are expected to show up, cape on, chin forward, to save the day. We often forget that leaders are less than super-human and are often challenged with setting direction in an unclear context. In this workshop, we'll explore what it means to be a mortal leader and offer ways to understand the context, set direction and actively lead in a challenging situation.
