Customer Service: Continuous Improvement

Developed for those who have had training and experience in customer service, this class helps participants apply what they have learned; that is, to improve efficiency and knowledge by looking at internal processes to make them better.  Participants will work through case studies to find the "bugs" in processes--those weaknesses that are barriers to efficiency and excellent customer service.
