ITIL® Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Certification

This three-day training class will immerse the participant in the purpose, principles, processes, activities, functions, technology, and implementation considerations associated with this phase of the service lifecycle.  The main focus areas of this course will include:  Introduction to Service management as a practice and the CSI purpose, CSI Principles, the Seven-Step Improvement Process, and CSI methods and techniques.  This course utilizes lecture, exercises, and scenario- based exam questions to increase your understanding of the core disciplines of ITIL® best practices and position the participant to successfully complete the associated exam, which is offered on the last day of the course.
