Strategies for Coaching


Leaders will explore how individual leadership style and behavior impacts employees, teams and the effectiveness of their communications. Participants will practice traditional, key leadership skills and learn how to effectively influence employee performance and change through stronger coaching. Specific topics include giving and receiving feedback, identifying coaching opportunities and delivering firm, fair and consistent coaching.
