This course will provide: the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) approach to curriculum and instrction. instructions to craft a SIOP lesson plan step by step. lesson plans will include content and language objectives, background knowledge, activity design, scaffolding and assessments. learn how to modify general lessons to make them more accessible for English language learners. co-teaching and collaboration.
