AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

The Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner Certification prep program prepares participants to develop a fundamental understanding of the AWS Cloud platform. This course emphasizes AWS Cloud concepts and characteristics, core AWS services, security and compliance, architectural principles, account management, and technical assistance. This certification is the foundational level certification for AWS Associate-level or Specialty certifications. Exam and materials included.

Classes are held online via Zoom and Canvas through the AWS platform. 
Class structure will include 40 hours of synchronous instruction and will require additional asynchronous study time for preparation of exam.  
Additional review sessions are scheduled at the conclusion of class, information will be provided in Canvas.

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of AWS Cloud computing or IT working experience in the cloud.  CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ Certification is strongly encouraged for success. 
 
Expected: You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam. You will have 30 calendar days from the end of the in-class program to sit for the exam.
