This program will encompass nuclear density testing, one-point proctor and "Speedy" moisture, construction and testing of embankments and subgrade, pipe installation, roller patterns and reports.
Students
must bring valid ID & attend class in order to test. Testing is no longer mandatory on the last day of class. There is still an opportunity to test on the last day of class; however there is not room for everyone so seats are offered first come, first served. A sign-up sheet will be at the class location on the first day of class. Additional testing dates and locations are available. A list will be available on the first day of class.
CALCULATOR REQUIRED
Participants must pass the in-person, computer based, open-book test, AND the (additional cost) 1 on 1 proficiency examination to be certified. Written Exam MUST be completed by Nov 30, 2022.

required for VDOT certification. There is an additional cost for the proficiency test. Certifications are provided by VDOT.
