This three-day ITIL® Service Strategy training class will immerse the participant in the purpose, principles, processes, activities, functions, technology, and implementation considerations associated with this phase of the service lifecycle.  The main focus areas of this course will include:  Strategy Management for IT services, Service Portfolio Management, Financial Management for IT services, and Demand Management.  This course utilizes lecture, exercises, and scenario- based exam questions to increase your understanding of the core disciplines of ITIL® best practices and position you to successfully complete the associated exam, which is offered on the last day of the course.
