« back to classes page
The Project Risk Management course is intended to result in the effective management of project risks and opportunities during the entire project life cycle – from project inception to completion. The project manager, project sponsor, and project team members jointly develop a risk register that enables them to identify, assess, quantify, prepare a response to, monitor, and control project risks.  The management of risks requires establishing and nurturing a culture of risk management. In such an environment, project teams work together through each phase of project delivery to manage risks.  Project risk management is everyone’s responsibility, and there are accountability check points to ensure that project risks are being managed.
