“My team members know I appreciate them. Right?” Recent studies have indicated that the “Great Resignation” continues due in part to people feeling neglected, under-valued, and unappreciated at work. Most of us like to know that we make a difference at work, that others value our contributions, and that they recognize the results of our hard work. However, letting your team members know how much you appreciate their input can be more difficult than expected; no one size fits all situations. This session helps you identify the many ways to share and show your appreciation to others on your team and elsewhere.
